Due to the increase in cases of COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus), we will be starting curbside only appointments Thursday November 19th. This means we will not be allowing clients into the building at this time. We are doing this for the safety of our staff so we can remain open to help your pets. This may increase wait times so please be sure to text us when you arrive for your appointment at 603-836-9881. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during these difficult times.
Appointments are checked in from outside, meaning you don't have to leave your vehicle for the duration of the appointment. When you arrive just text us at 603-836-9881 or call us at 603-524-8900 and we will come to you and collect your pet as well as any required information. We will complete the exam/service inside with as much care and love as usual, then return your pet to you and check out with our new mobile register.
The same goes for picking up food or prescription refills, let us know when you are here and we will bring your products to your vehicle.
We are taking extra sanitation measures for the protection of our staff as well as our clients. The doors, counter tops, office stations, and registers are cleaned regularly with 70% alcohol.
